Sampling Systems

In extractive measurements gas is continuously sampled from the process. In transit for analysis, the gas undergoes various conditioning stages.  The properly designed gas sampling and conditioning will:

©       Provide a representative measuring gas sample

©       Minimize the influence of the conditioning stages on the measured gas

The system must also be designed for complex process and ambient conditions such as:

©       High sampling temperatures and gas flow rates

©       High dust loads and fine dusts

©       Explosive gas mixtures and dusts, toxic gas components

©       Corrosive gas components through condensing acids

©       Mechanical strength and chemical resistance

©       Operational reliability

©       Easy installation

©       Easy maintenance

©       Explosion protection measures
